The principle
EPSYLON holds no stock. A house that displays pieces it already owns sells what it has. We look for what you want.
The catalogue is a starting point, not a shelf. You note a reference, or you describe a piece absent from the page. We reply within 24 hours on availability and lead time.
The inspection
Every piece is examined before dispatch. Detailed photographs and video are sent to you: dial, case, caseback, bracelet, operation.
Nothing ships without your written approval. If the piece does not match what was agreed, it is not sent.
Discretion
Unmarked packaging, with no mention of contents. Tracked shipping, signature on delivery.
This site sets no trackers, uses no analytics tools and stores no data. The order form composes its message in your browser: nothing passes through our servers.
